EA wraps up show season in Bangkok

The last show of the year, Defence & Security, held on 6-9 November, was traditionally attended by EA sales representatives. Our booth is part of a common exhibition of Czech companies under the patronage of the Czech Trade Agency and the DSIA. The objective of our participation is to refresh existing and establish new business connections, to listen to the demand of the ASEAN market and to promote our innovative solutions.

On the first day of the exhibition, Deputy Minister of Defence Ing. David Blažkovec visited the EA stand accompanied by DSIA President Jiří Hynek. Our representatives showcased the company's capabilities to them, including the newest products from our portfolio, employing a touchscreen virtual kiosk that can display even the smallest details of the chassis and superstructures of our vehicles.

The following day we were honoured by a rare visit from Thai Defence Minister Sutin Klungsang, to whom our representatives presented our company's capabilities. One of the purposes of the visit and presentation of Czech companies was the subsequent discussion of cooperation between the Czech Republic and Thailand in the defence industry.

We also had a symbolic visit from Laos on the final day of the show. Major General Somphone Mittaphone, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Lao People's Army.
